1. Booking and Reservations

A booking request submitted through blackdoorlimo.com or by contacting us is an offer to hire chauffeur services from Blackdoor Limo Inc. (“Blackdoor Limo,” “we,” “us”). A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation (email or in-app) with a booking reference.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute requests are accepted subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and may carry a short-notice surcharge disclosed before payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger counts, flight numbers (when applicable), and special requirements. Incorrect information may result in delays, failed pickups, or additional charges.

Minimum hire periods may apply by service type and city. Any minimum will be shown in the quote before you pay.

2. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or change a confirmed booking by contacting us at info@blackdoorlimo.com or through the contact details on your confirmation. The following applies unless a different policy was stated on your quote:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup: full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party fees already incurred.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: up to 50% of the quoted fare may be retained.
• No-shows, or cancellations after the chauffeur has been dispatched to the pickup: the full fare may be charged.
• Airport transfers: free waiting is typically 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from the stated landing time when a flight number is provided. Additional waiting is billed at our then-current hourly rate.

3. Payment

Fares are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and generally include the chauffeur, vehicle, and standard trip time. Tolls, parking, congestion charges, airport fees, gratuities, extra stops, excess waiting, and cleaning fees for damage or excessive mess are extra unless the quote states otherwise.

Payment is collected at booking via our payment provider. By submitting card details you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the quoted amount and any disclosed extras that apply after the trip. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Promo codes and coupons apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so. Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period set by your bank or card issuer.

Corporate accounts and invoicing are available by separate written agreement.

4. Liability

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the booked service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, traffic, flight delays beyond tracked adjustments, strikes, or acts of government.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed flights or events, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Passengers must wear seat belts where required, follow lawful chauffeur instructions, and not engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct. We may refuse or end service without refund if a passenger’s conduct endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or others.

Personal property left in a vehicle is the passenger’s responsibility. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items when notified promptly; storage and shipping costs may apply.

Vehicles are insured as required for commercial passenger transportation in the jurisdictions where we operate. Coverage details are available on request.

5. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
